Yesterday I had the popcorn ceiling removed in my entire home by one of your crews. Four guys showed up at my door earlier than expected and I was (first impression) pleased with their promptness. They verified the work I wanted done and immediately started the process of preparing/protecting the house for mess that was to come from their labors. They were courteous and knowledgeable, explained each step while they continued to work and never slowed down.
I was impressed by the quality and quantity of work they accomplished throughout the day. I was especially surprised by the excellent preparation of the ceiling before application of the new material. The house was cleaned inside and out of any construction residue, they removed all trash from the property and generally performed in a manner that exceeded all my expectations. Your business should succeed because of the excellent employees you hire. Kory is an asset you cannot put a price on, he is technically knowledgeable, customer focused and an excellent leader. Adolfo set a pace for the crew that showed his self starter work ethic and his capabilities were amazing.
I am extremely satisfied with all facets of your company, the ad I saw in the SD paper, the fair estimate given to me by Jerome, the billing process (pay after each phase of the work done) and now am looking forward to the finished product (painting) when your next crew arrives next week. I would say good luck, but it's the hard work that succeeds. I would be happy to be a reference for you once the painting is completed.

Dear Mr. Hacking,
I apologize for the delay in getting this to you. After you called a few weeks ago, you had said you would get back to me and I did not hear from you again until I received your letter yesterday. I fully understood your quote but when the people working went through the bill and quote they only asked for $700.00. Since they were the painters I asked again the total bill. I apologize for the inconvenience and am enclosing the money for the painting now. The job was done perfectly and we are quite pleased with the results. I hope you have do the same on our 2nd floor soon.

I would like to express my appreciation for the job Octavio and his crew did in texturing and painting my ceiling after the removal of the popcorn. It was a pleasure to work with him. I think the fact that he had a very minor breakage (a light bulb) but called it to my attention and asked if I had a replacement shows his honestyin dealing with clients. To Whom It May Concern:
I am sending my check for the March 5, 2003 work done on my ceilings. I apologize for the delay of the check. However, there was a discrepancy on my bill that was noticed by Sean, one of the crew that came out. He noticed that the estimate indicated that there were 5 bedrooms when in reality there are only 4. I think what caused the mistake is that one of the bedrooms was listed as Bedroom 1/Office. And while Mark and I talked, I kept mentioning that I had 4 bedrooms. All in all, there are 4 bedrooms, one of which I have set up as an office. Mark and I have been playing phone tag but missing each other. It has gotten so embarrassing - us never connecting, that I am sending the check minus the $99 for the extra bedroom listed. Hopefully, this meets with your approval. Otherwise, call me and we can discuss it. Thank you.
I also have to say that I was impressed with Mark. He really knew his stuff. And the work crew that came out did an excellent job - the ceiling, even unpainted, looks much better than with the popcorn, and they cleaned up beautifully. Give my kudos to them all.
